Shaft Kiln Chamotte

High alumina calcined clay, used primarily for the production of ceramics and refractories. For refractories, contains 38% to 48% alumina generally, with iron limited to 2.5% and alkalies limited to preserve refractoriness and thermal stability up to 1400°C.
