Dead Burned Magnesium Oxide (Dead Burned Magnesia 'DBM')
MgCO3 calcined at about 1000°C (1800°F) into CO2 + MgO. A reactive grade calcined at 700-1000°C. High purity light burned magnesium oxide products are available in a wide range of reactivities, used to assist with drying, modifying and stabilizing soils, waste streams and sediments across multiple markets.
