Calcium Sulfonate

A very alkaline liquid often used as a thickener, emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor for lubricants. Works well with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks. Key ingredient for calcium sulfonate greases and engine oils. Offered as TBN 300 (OB) and TBN 400 (HOB), providing EP and anticorrosion performance without additional additives.
